We are pleased to announce the formal takeover of the Vita di Lusso World Corporation (VDL), Napa Valley (USA) by Remus Capital Corp, Toronto (Canada). Founder, Mike Gianni will remain at the helm of Vita di Lusso World as the Co-CEO. Remus Capital will provide the financial and operational resources to obtain global reach and presence for the company’s ultra luxury wineries, hotels, and private jets. By virtue of this takeover, VDL will be provided with $2.0 Billion over the next 24 to 36 months to execute its Asset Acquisition and Brand Development investments. Remus Capital will manage all investment activities for the brand.

This important milestone realizes our vision to create a unique luxury wine hospitality and real estate experience for exclusive global clientele. We wish to take this opportunity to thank the executives of both organizations for their support in this groundbreaking collaboration, which we are sure will have a significant impact in Napa Valley, as well as, all wine regions globally.
